They will also introduce you to other specialties: Délice de Mussy, real Mussy, Mussy Sec, Lys de Champagne-Ardenne, Musséen and other cheese delicacies. Group: The Mussy cheese factory offers guided tours only for groups of more than 20 people. Reservations directly with the cheese factory. Individuals: no guided tour, self-guided visit. Please note, no production on weekends OPENING: Monday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (from April to October) Public holidays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ( except December 25 and January 1)
