Les Gîtes de l'Etang des Noues - Gîte La Maison de Coton (5 personnes)

La Maison de Coton, for 5 people, is a pretty 75m2 house on the opposite side of the longe?re, with a terrace overlooking the gi?tes, the greenery and the two barns. It is part of the oldest part of the building, a former prieure? according to history The terracotta floor tiles, beams and large exposed beams preserve its rustic feel, but it offers all the comforts of today?s era!
It features a large 35 m2 living area on the ground floor, with fully-equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, classic coffee maker, coffee machine, microwave, 4-burner stainless steel gas stove, fan-assisted oven, etc....
There is also a sitting area with sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with Canal Sat subscription included, high-speed wifi internet access, books and board games, a cast-iron wood-burning stove for the pleasure of a cosy fire, a large antique dining table and an office area at the foot of the wooden staircase.
There are also 2 toilets, a first independent toilet on the ground floor, and a second toilet in the upstairs bathroom.
The wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find two spacious bedrooms in light gray tones, each with a king-size bed (160cm), and in one of them a beige bed with wooden bars. On the first floor landing, we've also installed a 90cm bed that doubles as a small sofa during the day. A total of 3 beds, 2 very spacious 160cm beds for 2 people and a 90cm bed for 5 people.
The bathroom is just as it should be, all in wood, with a white tiled washbasin, a bathtub with shower system and a toilet.
Beds are made up before your arrival, towels, tea towels, ecological and organic cleaning products are provided (dishwasher tablets, sponges, garbage can liners, etc.), as are basic grocery items (sugar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, etc.)

Children will love the play area, set in a large meadow next to the donkeys, with swings, suspension bridge, ropes, table tennis, etc?

Our animals live peacefully around the houses, and love to be visited,

The swimming pool, heated to 29 degrees Celsius, is open from April to the All Saints? vacation, and is set on a patio in one of our barns. Open to all during the day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., it is very safe for children and offers a very pleasant spot of peace and quiet!

La P?tite Ferraille offers a place where you can read, play games, have a drink, meet people, find bargains at the small Friperie, and sometimes discover some musical artists during small evenings!
