Interested in a better balance of life, my father and I created in 2012 our vegetable garden in Oloron Sainte-Marie in order to offer local vegetables with a fresh and authentic taste. Since 2014, we have been producing organically. We work using the methods of our ancestors (lunar calendar, nettle manure, compost, manure from our livestock, mulching the soil, crop rotation, often manual work) and mechanical (not chemical) methods in order to respect our soil. We cultivate the life of our soil in order to produce holy vegetables on a long term basis.
Lettuce, tomato, pepper, eggplant, carrot, leek, strawberry, raspberry, fig, velvety, syrups,.... more than 50 varieties of organic fruits and vegetables grown according to the seasons to order and pick up on site.
