At the foot of the mountains and the church, in a green setting, an ideal place to rest, visit the Basque Country and take a gastronomic break. The restaurant du Chêne is an emblematic place of the village of Itxassou. It is now a family story, Eric and Sylvie Hervo, their four sons and their two daughters-in-law have taken over. You will taste the generous and greedy cooking of Benjamin, Aurélie and Elise who work with fresh and seasonal products; you will be welcomed by Paul, Maxime and Melissa in the dining room and on the terrace.
The hotel restaurant du Chêne is a family house where our values blossom, the attachment to local products and traditions, but also where passion and inventiveness, welcome and conviviality are combined.
