45 km south of Troyes, 20 minutes from the A5 motorway, Balnot sur Laignes is a charming little village, located on the tourist route of Champagne, in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyards. This pretty very bright house is completely renovated and decorated in a style soft and warm, combining the charm of wood, stone and furniture old to a contemporary touch.Less than 20 minutes away: parks and gardens, rich heritage built Riceys (5 km), Renoir House in Essoyes, Museum cheese, Château de Vaux, Templar Chapel of Avalleur, paths of hiking, sporting activities ... 30 mn: lakes and Natural Park of the Forest d'Orient (Wildlife area, eco-museum, bathing, water sports, tree climbing ...). 40 mn: Nigloland amusement park, Abbey of Clairvaux. 50 minutes away: city of Troyes (Cathedral, Museums, shops actory). On site: guided tour of the vineyard and Champa tasting.a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with private bathroom, separate wc, a room of a room of 29 m² (3 beds 90 x x 190).
