Gite of independent character, located on a domain 500m from the village in a natural environment with views of the Audoise plain and the Pyrenees. The gite is arranged to offer direct access to the outdoor terraces, gardens and private pool. Facing North-South, the eco-environmentally designed building offers sunny spaces overlooking the terrace and the olive trees and a cooler side with the rooms overlooking the truffle oaks. Elena, olive grower and truffle grower, will make you share and discover her passion for these exceptional products. The gite includes a large living room-kitchen of 40m² facing south with garden furniture, sunbathing area and plancha, hall and WC. 2 bedrooms accessible by 2 steps from the living room, with an adjoining and private shower room and WC. Bedding 4 beds 90 modulables. A private swimming pool of 7mx3m not heated (security alarm), depth 1,60m approximately, is at disposal from June to September. The services (sheets, towels, cleaning at the end of the stay) are optional. Electric heating in supplement 65?/week and 35?/weekend. Wood stove.
