Everything is designed for relaxation and rest in this quiet house, located right in the center of Arès on the Bassin d'Arcachon. The Port Ostréicole, the St Brice bathing area, playgrounds, numerous bike paths and ocean beaches make this village an ideal place for vacations with family or friends.
This 6-person house has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with 160cm bed, children's bedroom with 2 90cm beds and separate bedroom with 140cm bed), a living room (TV, DVD player...).
There's a covered terrace with barbecue for meals and relaxation. Children can play safely in the enclosed garden. Parasol, deckchairs, bike shelter, parking, baby equipment.
Rentals in July and August from Sunday to Sunday.
