Description

ROUFFIAT old school in the heart of Corrèze. The former school in Rouffiat, a small village between Corrèze and Sarran, is a large building renovated in 2018. The courtyard has been replaced by a large kitchen with a mezzanine. The classroom is now our dining room. Ground floor: A large living/dining room, a fitted and equipped kitchen with a mezzanine, a shower room with WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with 3 140cm beds and one with a 160cm bed, shower room with WC. 2nd floor: a very large "dormitory" bedroom with 5 90cm beds and 1 140cm bed. A magnificent 2500 m2 garden surrounds the house. A walled vegetable garden where you can harvest seasonal vegetables. Garage and parking on the property.
