Sandrine and Philippe welcome you in their Butchers, for over 20 years in the small village of Carcans City. Rivera butcher is open all year with schedules that vary by season. It offers meat of first choice. The warm weather arrives rotisserie is out and running all morning with good range chickens, you can enjoy lunch with the family, or just take it for a good picnic. Every morning in July / August Philippe fate tripod and large paella pan with a live preparation; a real treat ! From mid-June to mid-September you can find the truck on Boucherie Rivera Maubuisson market on Wednesday morning at 117 bld Lake Maubuisson Monday morning and Saturday afternoon. Throughout the year Philippe is present on the markets of Saumos, Lacanau City, St Helena and Castelnau de Médoc. Feel free to visit him.
