Sandrine en Philippe verwelkomen u al meer dan 20 jaar in hun slagerij in het dorpje Carcans Ville.
De slagerij van Rivera is het hele jaar geopend met openingstijden die variëren naargelang het seizoen. Het biedt u eerste keus vlees.
Bij mooi weer is de rotisserie de hele ochtend in de weer met lekkere boerenkippen, waarvan u tijdens de lunch met uw gezin kunt genieten, of die u gewoon kunt meenemen voor een lekkere picknick. Elke zondagochtend in juli/augustus haalt Philippe de driepoot en de grote paellapan tevoorschijn met een live bereiding; een echte traktatie!
De vrachtwagen van Rivera Butcher is te vinden op de woensdagochtendmarkt in Maubuisson van half juni tot half september.
