Our 90m² gîte is situated on the edge of the Aignan wood in an exceptional green setting with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees from the terrace with garden furniture. Another terrace awaits you for the meals with barbecue and plancha. You will be able to relax at the edge of a magnificent salt water swimming pool with diving board which is entirely reserved for you. From the gite, 3 hiking trails to discover the pigeon houses and lead you to the lake by the Aignan wood where you will discover its guinguette, its many activities and its supervised fine sand beach. In the village of Aignan, 2 km away, a market awaits you every Monday. A pretty village with a mini-market, bank, post office, doctor and pharmacy. We are ideally located near many events: jazz of Marciac, circuit of Nogaro, medieval terms of Armagnac, salsa of Vic Fezensac. We will be happy to receive you around an aperitif and to give you the good plans to discover the beautiful places of the Gers. On the ground floor of the cottage, you will discover a large living room with fireplace, TV, reading corner, free wifi. An independent kitchen, a bedroom (bed 140x190) and its bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. On the first floor, a large bedroom of 20m² with balcony and composed of 2 twin beds (90x190), 1 bed 90x190 and a shower room, washbasin and toilet. Adjoining the owners' house, with an independent entrance.
