This is a 110 m2 detached house with a private garden.
The whole house is made of wood, except for the floor and roof. In winter, it's warm inside thanks to the fireplace and underfloor heating (heat pump). In summer, the house stays cool thanks to the shade provided by the trees in the garden.
Both bedrooms are comfortable and equipped with closets. The bathroom separates the two bedrooms. The toilet is in the entrance hall.
