A small 297 sq ft cosy and functional flat facing the garden with a bedroom, private living room and a private bathroom with toilet. This bed and breakfast is located on the main house’s property in a quiet residency at 1,312 ft from the Bassin d’Arcachon and bathing pool of Lanton.
You will also find the bicycle path 1,640 ft away and the forest at less than a mile away.
The rental access is private and don’t require passage through the parts of the owner.
Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, nightstands and cupboard, a bathroom (bathtub, cupboard, toilets) and a living room with French windows (couch, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, TV, table and chairs).
Possibility to eat and rest on the patio, breakfast can be served in the garden if the weather allows it.
