RÉSIDENCE GOÉLIA LES CARRATS

Classified as a historical monument and awarded the "Patrimoine du 20ème siècle" label, the "Les Carrats" tourist residence offers an idyllic setting thanks to its beachfront location and 16 kilometers of fine sand.
Dedicated to pedestrians and cyclists, the residence has been refurbished in keeping with its original architecture and extends over 5 hectares between the Etang de Leucate and the Mediterranean.
During your stay, you'll enjoy free use of a heated outdoor pool open from April to mid-September, weather permitting, a heated indoor pool, a small children's play area, a whirlpool bath and the residence's gym. A sauna and hammam are also available at extra cost to help you relax during your vacations. In July and August, we offer daytime entertainment for teenagers and adults, and a mini-club for children. Shops are located around 2km from the residence. Air-conditioning in all units (in living rooms) and TV included.
