Ground floor: large living room (TV, DVD, WIFI access) with fitted kitchen (combi-con., MOnde, LV, LL), 1 ground floor bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (bed 140) and adjoining Italian shower room with WC. 1st floor: shower room with WC, 2 bedrooms (1 with bed 140, 1 with 2 beds 90), one of which gives access to 1 attic bedroom (with 3 beds 90 and 1 cot). Sheets and cleaning can be hired, baby welcome label. Enclosed indoor parking. Bayeux 20km, Saint Lô, Isigny 14km. Shops 1.5km away in St Clair.
Electric convector heating, the gîte being well insulated.

EDF CHARGES not included: EDF (with water): 50 € per week from 04 July to 29 August 2020 and EDF: 0.23 € per kwh consumed at other periods, with 6 kwh free per night).
- Cleaning at the end of your stay: 60 € for the gîte and reception room,
- supply of sheets with beds made up: 1 set for a couple or a single bed: €10; In the basic contract, sheets are not supplied and beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillow protectors and duvets or blankets.
- supply of 2 towels per person: €5 per person.
