Enjoy this charming, spacious and bright 250 m² gîte, rated three stars. Ideally located 5 km from La Bresse and 15 km from Gérardmer, close to shops and hiking trails (voie verte 200 m away).
You'll love the private patio accessible from one of the bedrooms, and the fireplace in one of the lounges.
What's more, you'll love the large fenced-in garden with swings, trampoline, table soccer, table tennis, pétanque, soccer, barbecues and a meeting area.

In all, the house comprises 7 bedrooms, including 5 double beds, 2 single beds and 4 bunk beds, offering comfortable accommodation.
Gite layout:
Dining rooms and kitchens: each floor has a fully equipped dining room and kitchen. The large dining room on the second floor is equipped with raclette and fondue machines for convivial meals.
Living rooms: There is a living room on the second floor, equipped with a fireplace and benefiting from a private terrace, as well as a library, and another living room on the second floor.
Bathrooms and toilets: Four bathrooms and three toilets spread over the floors, with an en suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms.
Entertainment for children: A selection of board games is available, as well as several televisions with Netflix, spread across the floors for everyone's enjoyment.
For the little ones: baby cutlery, high chair, changing table, baby bathtub, spread across the floors.
Laundry facilities: Two washing machines, irons and ironing boards, with cleaning products to care for your clothes, spread across the floors for your convenience.
Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home.
Blankets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases. Bunk beds are for children.

You have exclusive access to the entire property, including its private outdoor areas.
Enjoy total privacy, with no other accommodation occupied.
Other comments
Our accommodation is very clean and child-friendly. Please note that it is non-smoking and that we do not accept pets.
On arrival, you will find a clean mattress and pillow protector for your comfort. We provide blankets, pillows and tea towels, but bed and bath linen is not included.
Bed linen :
As an option, we can provide bed sheets, comforter covers, and pillowcases for an additional charge.
Bath linen :
Our optional bathroom linen service is also available at an additional cost (includes 1 large towel, 1 small towel and 1 washcloth).
Electricity and heating are included in the rental price.
Please keep the accommodation reasonably clean during your stay.

- If you're looking for relaxation, you'll love cycling, rollerblading or scootering along "La Voie Verte", through villages, woods, rocks, rivers and waterfalls.
For water-based activities, Lac de la Moselotte is nearby, offering slides, pedalos, a beach, supervised swimming, children's games and much more. The famous Gérardmer lake can also be reached in 20 minutes, and the "Le Bol d'air" theme park is just a few kilometers away.
In winter, winter sports enthusiasts will be delighted with the downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing resorts at La Bresse, including Le Hohneck, Lispach, La Schlucht and Le Poteau. The family resorts of Le Brabant and L'Hermitage du Père Joseph are perfect for children and parents or grandparents, promising moments of snowy bliss.
