In the heart of Ascain since 1837, the Larralde restaurant combines both tradition and modernity in its large, completely renovated dining room. Gilles is very fond of game, salmis de palombes, sauces, duck in orange sauce, frog legs and lemon meringue pie. These dishes can be tasted on sunny days under the patio or on the terrace with a view on the Rhune.
