In the center of Saulieu, in the heart of Burgundy and at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Nature Park, this large gîte is the ideal place to gather with family or friends.
On the ground floor, a 50 m2 living room with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking enthusiasts.
Lounge/dining area. Tv / Netflix. Flat screen. Pellet stove (pellets supplied). One bedroom with a 140cmx190cm bed and a shower room with adjoining toilet.

On the second floor, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 with 1 x 140cm bed), one of which has its own private shower room with Italian shower (laundry area: washing machine and tumble dryer). And a second with bathroom and shower. Separate WC on landing. Fan in each bedroom.

On the second floor, a common area with kitchenette leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90xmx190cm. And a bedroom with 3 beds 90x190cm. Shower room and WC. Air freshener.

Enclosed exterior and private, secure parking. Garden furniture - 2 planchas. Games for children.

Cleaning, linen and towels, heating and electricity are included in the price.

Saulieu is a gastronomic stopover, with several fine restaurants of international renown. The town also boasts some fine historical remains. Don't miss the Romanesque basilica of Saint-Andoche, with its sculpted capitals. Bonus: Saulieu is also the capital of the Christmas tree!
The town is also close to the great lakes and rivers of the Morvan (Lac des Settons and Lac Chamboux), inviting you to enjoy hiking and water sports in calm waters.

Bikes can be stored in an enclosed outbuilding.
