Our farm is located in Licq-atherey in the mountainous part of Soule in the Basque Country. Breeding has always been the main activity of our family farm. We strive to perpetuate this tradition by practicing an agriculture that gives priority to quality over quantity. To do this, we make the best use of the natural grassy areas by transhumance with the flocks (ewes and cows) from June to September).
