L'Authentic

This charming 14th century gîte, entirely renovated with all comforts, is composed of a beautiful living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet
with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet. A living room on the mezzanine as well as a master suite on the first floor (bedroom equipped with a bed 160 with a small shower room and private toilet) complete the ensemble. A laundry/boiler room with washing machine, cleaning equipment and fridge/freezer is reserved for you in a room adjoining the gîte (not communicating). A heated swimming pool shared with the owners (open from April to October from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm), a private terrace and a car park complete the ensemble. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal and the beds are made. For golf lovers, the Grand Saint-Emilionnais Golf Club is only a few minutes away.
