Restored in 2015, this spacious (110 m²), bright and comfortable house combines modernity and tradition. Cool in summer, it's in the heart of the hamlet of Vergnolles, 5 km downstream from Argentat in the Dordogne Valley, a World Biosphere Reserve.
The ground-floor living space is very pleasant. Spacious and bright, it opens onto the garden and the shaded terrace at the end of which is the barbecue. The kitchen is just as spacious, with a central granite block that makes for excellent cooking conditions.
Upstairs, the bedrooms have been renovated with whitewash, giving the walls a velvety appearance and a fresh feel. The chestnut floors have been preserved and sanded.
