This small independent house full of charm is practical and functional, on the ground floor (access steps).
The private entrance is located at the back of the house, through the pleasant covered terrace which has no vis-à-vis, to fully enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy (garden furniture, barbecue).
Equipped kitchen (induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), dining area.
Living room (TV, fireplace equipped with a wood stove) opening onto the terrace (steps to be climbed).
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 90). Beds made for your arrival and bathroom linen included.
Shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, washing machine), separate toilet.
