Located in Boursault, a small village on the Champagne road in the Marne Valley, the restaurant offers authentic and creative cuisine
Terrine of salt pork with Champagne lentils, Burger with Salers Label Rouge and grilled bacon, Pork shank confit with Ratafia sauce or Risotto... the chef is happy to revisit our favourite dishes. On the sweet side, the desserts are also homemade and made by the restaurant's pastry chef. The products are fresh and the menu changes according to the seasons.
Le P'tit Boursault also offers a catering service. For a private reception or a professional event, the chef can adapt to all requests (especially vegetarian diets), with the same quality of service as in the dining room.
