This Gîte (142 m²) is comfortably furnished with antique furniture. On the first floor are the kitchen, living room, laundry room and WC. Upstairs are a living room, 3 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed) and one bedroom (2 x 90cm beds and a cot), a shower room and wc. Heating is by reversible air-conditioning. Enclosed grounds with terrace, garden furniture and parking lot complete the accommodation. Bed linen and cleaning services are available. For fishing enthusiasts, Breux is a quiet hamlet on the banks of the Vienne, Grande and Petite Blourde rivers (category 1). The Vienne valley offers beautiful scenery and numerous footpaths.
