On the Champagne Tourist Route, 7 km from Les Riceys, 30 minutes from the Lakes, 45 km from Troyes and the factory shops, come and stay in a true haven of peace situated on the heights of a small wine-producing village and offering a breathtaking view of the fields and vineyards of Champagne. The owners live opposite the gîte and will be very discreet during their guests' stay. For those who like fishing, a lake is located in the village. This single-storey gîte has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a living room with a sleeping area (bunk beds 90x190). Access to a private terrace of 45 m² with garden furniture, barbecue, awning will be ideal for your moments of relaxation or convivial meals. You will have a double room (bed 140x190), a twin room (2 beds 90x190), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and an independent toilet. Outside: a common courtyard closed by an electric gate will allow you to park your vehicles in complete safety, a grassy area both common and private will be offered to you. Beds will be made on arrival, heating, electricity, household linen (tea towels, tablecloths) will be included in the price of the stay. Small pets allowed on request.
