Parking, garage. Large fenced garden in front of the house with garden furniture and plancha. At the back of the house, unsecured terrace with a view over a second garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Access to the banks of a fishing river and pebble "beach".
St-Jean-Pied-de-Port at 2 km: ramparts, swimming pool, tennis court, picturesque streets.
