In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, at the foot of Burgundy and 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park, come and stay in this 8/10 person gîte ideal for family gatherings and stays with friends. This charming building, former annex of the Château de Chassenay, will charm you with its modern decoration and its large spaces. On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall leading on one side to a living room with sitting area (sofa bed), dining area, open kitchen, laundry room with toilet and on the other side a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a bathroom (Italian shower + basin), toilet. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a bathroom (bathtub, washbasin), separate WC. Outside, an open parking space at the front of the house as well as an enclosed gravel courtyard of 70 m2 (at the back of the house) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol will be offered. Geothermal heating, electricity, bed linen as well as household linen (tea towels, tablecloth, napkins) will be included in the price of the stay.
