Océane and Hugo, a young couple from Seignosse, make it a point of honour to work with trusted producers.
Their recipes are concocted using seasonal produce from small local farms: the Villenave farm for fruits and vegetables, the Gruey farm for poultry, the Irrika farm for creamery, and many others!
