For a successful stay in the heart of the historic medieval center, I offer you this spacious 130 m² duplex in a magnificent stone building overlooking the city!
You'll be at the foot of Place Notre-Dame, with its collegiate church and arcades, where you can enjoy restaurants and the market. Situated in a quiet alleyway, this ideal location overlooks the lively Marcellin Fabre shopping street.
Perfectly equipped, the "Loft Saint-Georges" is designed for travelers who appreciate historic charm combined with modern comfort of the highest standard.
Crossing east-west, it enjoys exceptional sunshine and views of the Collegiate Church, the rooftops and the surrounding hills. Refurbished, furnished and decorated with the greatest care in the spirit of indus, it will meet the needs of a purist and demanding clientele that I hope to retain.
COMPOSITION
The 3rd floor is the sleeping area:
- 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), the other two with 140 x160 beds each. Each has its own dressing room and workspace
- bathroom with double basin, bath, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Separate WC
- a new shower room, with glass shower cubicle, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and towel dryer.
The 4th floor houses the living area and new WC: very spacious and comfortable living room, exposed beams, new flat-screen TV, new, modern, fully-equipped, custom-built open kitchen (new fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine).

for motorcyclists and cyclists, possibility of shared closed garage for your bikes on the ground floor. At extra charge, depending on vehicle and length of stay

Free Wi-Fi: the most powerful SFR box has been installed and repeaters are present in each apartment. However, due to the configuration of the Bastide, the thick stone walls and sometimes climatic conditions, network outages or reduced bandwidth may occur and disappear without any control on my part.
