Situated on the borders of the three natural geographic regions of Limousin, Périgord (Vézère valley) and Quercy (Causse plateaux), the village of Cublac nestles at the foot of the foothills of the Massif Central. The village is served by major motorway routes from north to south (A20) and from east to west (A89), by Brive-Souillac airport (less than half an hour away) and by the Terrasson SNCF train station (2 kilometers away). Cublac is located in the Brive la Gaillarde district, in the Corrèze department, formerly part of the Limousin region, which is home to such exceptional sites as the listed villages of Collonges la Rouge and Turenne.
