Description

Visit and tasting of the Gerberoy vineyards. Reception at the Clos Gerberoy by the volunteers of the association. In the Middle Ages there was already a vineyard 50 metres from the current vines planted and maintained by the canons. The President of the Clos Gerberoy or a member of the Clos Gerberoy will give a history of the vines, on the process of vinification of white, rosé and red wines as well as the traditional method. Depending on the package, gourmet tasting, with Normandy tarts, tasting of our vintage, fruit juices or mineral water, visit of the winery.
