In the heart of a charming fortified village you will stay in a comfortable gîte of 68m², which can accommodate up to 6 people, arranged on 4 levels and with a terrace of 22m². You will appreciate the situation within the village thanks to the shops located just a few steps away (bakery, grocery store, tobacconist/press) but also to easily explore and discover the riches of the Gers, starting of course with Monfort and its ramparts, its wash house... On the first floor, one of the bedrooms has a balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. Entrance on the ground floor, living room and open kitchen, access to the terrace, a separate toilet. On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms, one of which has a balcony equipped with 2 double beds, shower room and on the ground floor: living room/kitchen, independent toilet. On the second floor an extra room with two single beds. In the basement in the old cellar a games room with billiards.
