This spacious gîte is laid out over a surface area of 255m2, and offers stunning views over its outdoor swimming pool and the surrounding countryside. Inside, the spaces are functional and allow for the desired intimacy between guests. On the first floor, you'll find an authentic kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining room opening onto the peaceful terrace, a storage room (bikes, etc.), 2 comfortable bedrooms, and a third bedroom and bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. The first floor features a bathroom, 2 children?s beds and a double bed. Here, some of the furniture was already present, or was found on second-hand sites. All beds can be separated or rearranged according to your needs and desires. All beds are adaptable (double or single, for a total of 10 single beds).
