Located in Haute-Corrèze on the Ussel - Bort les Orgues axis, not far from the Cantal mountains, this carefully renovated country house can accommodate 5 people. Surrounded by a large plot of land shared with the owners' house (not overlooked), the ground floor comprises a large living room equipped with a functional fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, ovens, induction hob), a dining area and a relaxation area (sofa, armchairs, TV, living-room telephone). Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 1 x 90cm bed) and a shower room. 1 WC on each level. The house is well placed for exploring the Millevaches Regional Nature Park on one side, the gorges of the Haute-Dordogne and the large dams on the other, and for the more sporty, you're in mountain-biking heaven with over 1000 km of marked trails.
