At the exit of Casteide candau, a small village on the Puy des chemins de Compostelle road near Morlanne and its medieval castle.
Quietly on the edge of the forest, the Domaine de Compostelle is a large Béarnaise property conducive to recovery. Specialised in welcoming pilgrims, Carole and Gilles offer you a recently restored gîte d'étape that can accommodate couples and groups. Having a restaurant room, Carole prepares on request good dishes made with local products or picnic baskets to take away. If you are too tired, Gilles can pick you up in Pomps or Larreule. The Domaine de Compostelle is an obligatory stopover for pilgrims.
