In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Nature Park (5 km from the lake), 25 km from Troyes, 5 km from Lac d'Orient, 3 km from Piney. The "A la croisée des Lacs" gite is a detached house (raised first floor) set in enclosed grounds, located on a working cereal farm. The gite features a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area opening onto the terrace, a spacious living room with dining table and sitting area, a shower room (with extra-flat shower tray and washbasin), and a separate toilet with washbasin. At night, you'll find a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190), a double bedroom (one bed 140x190) and a king-size bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be converted into 2 90x200 beds. Outside, you'll find a balcony terrace with garden furniture, awning and barbecue, and a plot of almost 1000 m² comprising a grassed area with deckchairs and a gravelled area for parking several vehicles (in addition to the garage provided).
