The fruitière des Suchaux produces and matures Comté, Morbier and Raclette cheeses, and invites you to take a tour of the cheese dairy, including a video presentation of the cheese-making process, a tour of the production workshop (with picture windows) and the maturing cellars, and finally a tasting of local products.
Guided tours are available every day at 9am, by prior arrangement.
