Gîte located in the village of Saint-Jean-de-Barrou, 30 minutes from Mediterranean beaches, between Narbonne and Perpignan. Nearby sites to visit: Réserve Africaine de Sigean, Terra Vinéa, Châteaux du Pays Cathare de Duilhac, Quéribus and the village of Cucugnan.
Gîte adjoining another gîte but quite independent with small enclosed rock garden planted with almond and olive trees, terrace (15m²). Car parking. Electric heating extra. On 2 levels: living room-kitchen-bar (with fireplace, wood supplied) opening onto terrace (deckchairs) and garden. 1 bedroom with double bed, shower room and separate WC. First floor: mezzanine lounge with library and music, and a bedroom with two double beds.
