Gite Chamarel, located at 3 km from the village of Nueil les Aubiers (calm assured) at 30 km from the Puy du Fou and 60 km from the Loire Valley.
Gite with on the ground floor : living room-kitchen of 36 m2, a bedroom of 16 m2 (1 bed 140), shower room, wc.
On the first floor : 3 beds 90 on a mezzanine of 20 m2, garden furniture and barbecue in a small green space.
An access to the covered heated swimming pool 10m by 4.50 deep from 1M20 to 1M80 and secured with sanitary facilities in the swimming pool building (open from April 9th to mid November) with private access hours to the residents of the Chamarel gite.
All shops in the village.
