Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom for maximum comfort, independence and optimized time management. The living room/kitchen opens onto a large terrace (bbq, plancha, garden furniture, relax) overlooking the old village and its hillside vineyards. The owners will be happy to suggest accessible walking or mountain-biking trails, open-air markets and ideas for visits, as well as the discovery of their vineyard and cellar "domaine Balansa", nestled in a wild environment on the heights of the village. In the village, you'll find: - a well-stocked grocery store, with artisanal bread, - a recently opened wellness area. Relax with a memorable game of pétanque with the family, or in the company of friendly locals. Ground floor: entrance, garage, private parking in front of the gite.
