Here, we cook duck, but not just any duck: the palmipeds come directly from the family farm! Under the chestnut trees, you can taste aiguillettes, grilled duck breast and the famous pan-fried foie gras. In these difficult times for duck breeding, the management proposes gourmet recipes based on veal from a local breeding near the town of Le Plan.
