Jugeals Nazareth Patrimoine

Nazareth is a tiny 14th-century village on the Chemins de St Jacques and Rocamadour. You can see :
- Near the church, an interpretation panel explains the village?s "crusader" origins
- A low opening in the façade gave each house access to the outcropping water.
- One house features a staircase with a double sink on the landing (18th century)
- A 12th-century ex-voto chapel is dedicated to Our Lady of Nazareth.
- An unusual story is told on an interpretation panel at the far end of the village, recounting the creation of a Kibbutz from 1933 to 1935.
- A few kilometers away is the Suspins camp, inhabited by the maquis during WW2.
- Leaving the village towards Jugeals, the church of St Gilles houses a fresco and paintings from the 15th century
- A bread oven in Jugeals
