On the outskirts of Poitiers (3 km), a 100 m² gîte in a historic building, all on the first floor (a few steps to enter) comprises a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90), shower room, wc. Enclosed grounds in front of the gîte with garden furniture on terrace, access to 1st category stream. The gîte has been designed with respect for the environment, using natural materials in accordance with the requirements of the French government. It is located on the slopes of a green valley in a magnificent setting, classified as an area of flora and fauna interest. Numerous wild and domestic animals (see slideshow) roam freely.
