Surf Shelter is a property consisting of a main house completely renovated in 2021 and a brand new "tiny house" annex, located in the forest, 3.5kms from the beach.
You'll enjoy over 60m2 of terrace space and a heated swimming pool, enclosed with a tarpaulin.
On the first floor of the main house, you'll find the living room, dining room and kitchen, a toilet and 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which has an "ilot" bath with a view of the forest.
Upstairs, a TV room with a desk, 1 double bedroom (2 90cm beds that can be separated or configured as a king-size bed), 1 "dormitory" bedroom (3 single beds) and 1 bathroom with toilet.
In the annex, a large storage room for bikes and surfboards, 2 bedrooms including 1 for children with bunk beds, and a bathroom with WC.
