The restaurant is entirely open onto the mill's exceptional panorama.

Chef Bérengère Cirot, who has worked alongside some of France's finest chefs, is committed to delighting your taste buds with a refined cuisine featuring local produce.
Harvested from the restaurant's own vegetable garden or sourced from local producers, the emphasis is on local produce and quality.
Wines from small winemakers and fine references will accompany your dishes.
