For two centuries, the Darracq family has been running the charming hotel and restaurant"Le Commerce" in Amou. Générations took turns in thekitchen maintainig authenticity and tradition. the food is traditionnal and you will be able to taste a country plate- Assiette de pays". You'll like this hotel as it is set in the centre of the village on a sheltered square with huge plane trees, close to the green surroundings of the "Luy de Béarn" A lovely river full of challenges for fishermen and many opportunities for people to meet and walk. In summer on the terrace, or in winter by the fireplace, "Le Commerce" will welcome you as a guest.
