Next to the lake of Madine, this gite classified 4 stars Atout France, labeled 3 keys CléVacances and "Valeurs parc naturel régional", adjoining on the first floor, in an old Lorraine farmhouse restored in the respect of the local architecture. Equipped kitchen with dining area, living room opening onto a private terrace, sofa bed, alcove, TV, wifi access, 1 bedroom (1 bed 180x200 and 1 single bed 90x200) with office area, bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility, except for the WC where an assistance can be useful. Sheets, towels and for the beginning of your stay the first non-food consumables are provided, beds made on arrival. Electric heating. Charges not included beyond 20 KW/day. Access on the same level to a common garden, barbecue. At the back of the house there is a 4000m² garden, entirely closed and planted with trees, a petanque ground, a garden furniture, a parking lot and our heated swimming pool in season (not in winter). We are located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Lorraine, the lake of Madine and its numerous activities (sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf) is 3 km away.
