With over 30 years' experience, this iconic boutique offers original, unique treats inspired by the flavors of canelé. Try their spreads, caramels with canelé chips, verrines with rum syrup, Elixir de canelé and crème de lait au canelé. The latest innovation, "canelat", a canelé-flavored beer, is already a great success.
