At the edge of the main road, in the direction of Bayonne, just outside the medieval town of Lescar, the small restaurant "Fait maison" is a convenient stopover.
As its name suggests, everything is really homemade. Maria is in the kitchen all week long to prepare the hot dishes of the day or snacks to take away: salads, quiches, sandwiches... She welcomes you with a smile and in the evening it is her son who makes the pizzas! The most important thing is the breakfast you can have there at dawn...
