Approximately 27 m² in size, it comprises a bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting area with permanent bed (140 x 190 cm), shower room and toilet. Outside, you'll find a private, independent garden with a covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and parking, all on the fully enclosed property.

You'll have access to a shared 8m x 3m saltwater swimming pool with 2 other accommodations and a communal wellness and fitness area with whirlpool bath, fitness area, library corner and natural solarium with deckchairs.
